All 4 Kids is an early care and education program that is rapidly expanding across Southeastern Indiana. Do you mind dressing up and being silly when playing "the fun aunt" in the dramatic play center?

This is all part of the process, and it takes individuals with big hearts and loving souls (and lest we forget PATIENCE) to work with, nurture, and encourage young children to explore their surroundings, test their limits, and find their way in the world. Does all this describe YOU?

All 4 Kids holds a two-part interview process, as the owner wishes to know all who are hired as part of the All 4 Kids team. If you are offered a position with the company, you will be required to complete the following:

Federal Fingerprints

State Criminal Background Checks

Health Screening

Drug Screening

TB Tested

Certified in Adult/Child/Infant CPR, First Aid, Universal Precautions, AED

20 hours of professional trainings annually
